As the owner of a lovely Shasta trailer who resides in my back yard waiting for her day in the sun, I often spend time searching the internet for trailer restoration inspiration. Finding your website has been a big thrill and now I will dream of hauling my little trailer on the epic journey from Missouri to California for a proper revamping. My parents think I should just sell her to a deer hunter for a beer drinking shack but I know she is destined for far greater things! Thank you for a great website for what I consider to be a very noble business. Keep up the good work!

Hi guys...I want everyone to know that The Caned Ham Man is the best in the business. I fell in love with the beautiful '52 Empire & when I saw the dozens of pictures showing every step of her careful & detailed restoration I knew I'd found my camper. If possible, she was even more beautiful in person. She's the star of the neighborhood & neighbors keep bringing friends over for tours. The icing on the cake has been the absolute pleasure Shelly in the front office has been to talk to & do business with. You guys are a class act & I can't thank you enough for everything.

Chris...Thanks so much for all of the info today. Love the shop and the work you all do! I'm looking forward to finding a trailer that works with my new project idea and having a trailer for family camping. I'll be back in on Monday with my husband so we can talk to Shelly and see if anything else you guys have might work for us. Thanks! Kim

I have been researching and looking for a small trailer for when I retire. I was looking at Trillium, Scamp, and Bolers. Then I stumbled upon the "canned hams". It was love at first sight. I will be visiting your shop soon. I can not tell you how excited I am to have accidently stumbled upon your shop, right here in California and near by. Looking forward to meeting you. Lauren

I have a gutted can ham in Texas. It needs so much work. Is it crazy to think I can put her back together with knowing nothing???? The lady wants 2000 for the gutted trailer.

Chris, it was a pleasure meeting you and talking trailers at the Brea Baptist Car show today. I think what you and your crew is doing to bring these trailers back to life is great. Rebuild, Reuse Recycle.

As per today conversation, I am looking to find a Airstream trailer and converted to a food concession trailer. We can install the kitchen equipment here , but want to be sure that the structure, axel, breaks and floor is in good condition before any more investment is done.I also prefer that you do the concessons doors. thanks ! LOOKING FOR TRAILER!!! HELP!!!! Hi there! Hubby asked what I wanted for Christmas and I said with a grin on my face... a viintage trailer!!! He said I'm "obsessed"!! I can't help but remember fond memories camping in our travel trailler with my grandfather growing up so "YES", I want a trailer!! I live in Pasadena area and looking for a vintage trailer (40's-60's) that is less than $2,000. My hubby is into restoring cars (working on my 1960 convertible Nash) which will haul my trailer so the trailer cannnot be longer than aboot 10 feet due to power issues.Restore project ok..Blessings to you, Merry Christmas! We just wanted to say "Thank you" again for selling us the 1969 Silver Streak, model 23! We are having so much fun working on this trailer. It is also very reassuring knowing that expert guidance and knowledge is only a phone call away if needed. You folks are awesome and you really made us feel like we are a part of the Canned Ham Man family!
